TERMS OF USE OF THE SOZOPOL GUEST HOUSE
1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the relationship between SOZOPOL GUEST HOUSE (hereinafter referred to as "the House") and each guest who books and uses the services offered by the House.
1.2. By making a reservation, the guest declares that he has read, understood and unreservedly accepts these Terms.
2. Reservations
2.1. Reservations can be made by phone, email, online platform.
2.2. To confirm the reservation, the guest must provide names, phone number, email address, number of nights.
2.3. The house reserves the right to refuse a reservation without giving a reason.
3. Payments
3.1. The prices for overnight stays are indicated in the published prices on the website.
3.2. Indication of payment method available at check-in, bank transfer, credit card.
3.3. In case of refusal of reservation and cancellation - refunds are recognized upon notification up to 72 hours before the date of check-in.
4. Check-in and check-out
4.1. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
4.2. The keys are given to the guest upon check-in and returned upon departure.
4.3. The guest is obliged to take care of the property of the House and to leave it in the same condition in which he found it.
5. Services
5.1. The house offers the following services: free Wi-Fi, parking, etc.
5.2. Additional services can be arranged in advance.
6. Liability
6.1. The house is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings of the guests.
6.2. The guest is fully responsible for all damages caused to the property of the House.
7. Behavior of guests
7.1. Guests are obliged to observe the rules for cohabitation and not disturb the peace of the other guests.
7.2. Loud parties and gatherings are not allowed.
8. Force majeure
8.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. All disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved by mutual agreement. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes will be referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
10. Protection of personal data
10.1. The house undertakes to process the personal data of the guests in accordance with the current legislation for the protection of personal data.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1. The House reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms are governed by Bulgarian legislation.
